Employment requirements

  

Dear Applicant

Thank you for your interest in applying for a position in Allied Health or Disability Support Work position. There are three stages in the application process:


1. Uploading mandatory documentation

Please read the attached guide for information on the required documentation. Once you have all of your documents you can begin uploading them here:

2. Interview

Once you have uploaded your mandatory documents, management will contact you to organise an interview time. Interviews are conducted weekly, at specific times. The purpose of your interview is to gain insight into who you are as a person as well as to gage if you are the right fit for our company.


3. Reference checks

After your interview, management will contact your references if you have been found suitable. Then you will be sent a contract viva email.

FOR ALLIED HEALTH


  • First aid certificate
  • Police check
  • Comprehensive car insurance
  • A vehicle
  • Driver's License
  • Working with Children's Check
  • CPR certificate                                                         
  • NDIS training modules      
  • Degree            
  • 6 months experience in the industry    
  • NDIS Screening check or willingness to get
  • Registered body registration numbers
  • 2 References

Please note that First Aid lasts 3yr and       CPR last 1yr.

Employment Continued:

FOR SUPPORT WORKERS

  • First aid certificate
  • Police check
  • Comprehensive car insurance
  • A vehicle
  • Driver's license
  • Working with Children's Check
  • CPR certificate                                                         
  • NDIS training modules      
  • A qualification in Tafe or higher              
  • 6 months experience in the industry    
  • NDIS Screening check or willingness to get
  • 2 References


Please note that First Aid lasts 3yr and CPR last 1yr.
